You will want to replace them with the Lippert Heavy-Duty Replacement Shock # LC283280 which are rated for axles up to 7000lbs and will do a much better job on your trailer. This shock is only 1" longer so you will not have any fitment...

- Standard Trailer Axle Beam # e45GR
- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR5200S01
The Timbren system gives you a better suspension and bolts onto your trailer frame while that standard axle would require you to have a welder cut off and then weld on new spring seats to match your trailer frame width.

If you aren't sure what you have just send me some photos and I can try to help you out.
